I know this product was shipped to me but because UPS did not read the messages I left with directions of where to deliver the product. UPS shipped it back to the owner. The item was shipped right out to me by the buyer so I feel like they did everything right. Also Amazon has bad customer service.

Everything works efficiently. Keyboard has everything you need without all the noisy unnecessary gimmicks. Mouse is perfect & I appreciate the heavy feel the batteries give it.

I liked the set so much, I bought a second set for my 2nd PC.

The keyboard's great, and its battery lasts nearly forever.
The mouse is big and uncomfortable in my hand [a normal-sized woman's hand, not small, not large] and uses AA batteries at a fearful rate. It's so annoying in every respect that I'm buying another mouse.
